How to Submit a Warranty Claim

If you believe your product may be eligible for a warranty claim, please follow these steps:

    • Your original order number

    • A clear description of the issue

    • Supporting images or video, if applicable

  3. Our warranty team will review your case and respond within 2–4 business days with further instructions.
