

Returns & Cancellations
Romo offers a 7-day no-reason return and 14-day quality issue exchange service starting from the date of receipt, provided the conditions below are met. Customers may submit an after-sales request online (or via customer service) to process returns or exchanges.
7-Day No-Reason Return
Applies only to products purchased from Romo’s official certified website (excludes in-store pickup, store-delivered items, etc.). Specific eligibility is subject to product details.
Requirements:
Unopened packaging: Vehicle and packaging must be undamaged (submit photos to after-sales service).
(you have 14 days after the delivery date to return the item. Your item must be unused, unpacked, and free from dirt, dust and in the same package and condition that you received it to be eligible for a return and 100% refund)
We do not accept returns after 14 days from the delivery date and will not accept a return on used items unless it falls under our limited warranty.
Exclusions (invalidates no-reason return eligibility):
Human-induced damage;
Physical product damage;
Lost warranty certificate, quality certificate, invoice, or original packaging;
Tampered warranty or anti-counterfeit labels;
Missing accessories or gifts;
Accumulated mileage exceeding 50 km;
Registration/license plate issuance (impairs resale value).
The buyer must pay for return shipping and responsible for the return shipment, including possible shipping damages and lost shipments.
14-Day Exchange for Quality Issues
Applies to non-human-induced major component failures within 14 days of purchase. Customers may choose exchange or repair.
Exclusions (invalidates eligibility):
Human-induced damage;
Lost warranty certificate, quality certificate, invoice, or original packaging;
Registered but not deregistered vehicles;
Tampered warranty/anti-counterfeit labels.
Customized Products
Customized models are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
Co-Branded Models & Exclusive Parts Service
Side logos, shells, and other exclusive parts: Replacements require submission of details to a store. Old parts must be surrendered for registration and destruction.
Special parts: Limited-edition co-branded digital badges are non-replaceable (specially customized; no after-sales service to protect co-branding rights).
Exclusions from Warranty Coverage
Vehicle paintwork, scratches, or dents.
Cancellation Policy
If your Romo motorcycle order has not shipped, and you wish to cancel, we can issue a 100% refund.
Be sure to photograph and document the unopened or damaged packaging before returning any item; your CS Agent will need these photos for filing and case-building purposes.
The customer must have written approval from a Romo customer service representative before initiating a return.
We recommend purchasing shipping insurance on all return shipments for loss or damages.
Once delivered, a full inspection of the item must be done before we determine if an exchange, store credit, or a refund can be issued.
PRE ORDER CANCELLATIONS: All pre-orders that are cancelled prior to shipping are eligible for a 100% total refund.
All refunds can take up to 10 working days to finish processing.
